THANASIRI Group plans to launch 2 new property projects at Phuket this year

Suthirak Satheinpapayuth, Managing Director of THANASIRI Group Plc (THANA) revealed that the company plans to launch 2 new property projects at Phuket this year, totaling value is approximately 290 million Baht

2 property projects are following:

Prime place Neramith-Monument4, Paclok, Thalang, Phuket
This project has 1 Rai land and will be developed as the 3-storey of Commercial Buildings and 3-storey of Townhomes, totalling 12 units for the targeted customers who have medium-income. The price starts at 3 - 5 million baht per unit. The highlight of this project is located adjacent to the main road of Pacloc, nearby communities on its commercial potential. The project is expected to launch in the first quarter 2 / 54.

Siri Village, Phuket-Monument, Paclok, Thalang, Phuket
This project has 12 Rai land and will be developed as the Commercial Buildings, Single house and 2-Storey of Twin house for the targeted customers who have medium-income. The price is average of 3.0 million baht per unit. The Common Features Project was designed to achieve the social atmosphere for the good living, equipped with utilities. The project is expected to launch in the fourth quarter 3 / 54.
